HSX : Movies : Award Options 2007



The five films in this year�s Best Picture race all deal with people struggling with unfamilar environments. Babel features a strong international cast whose personal stories mesh together in crisis. The Queen focuses on how ancient traditions deal with a very modern tragedy, while Letters from Iwo Jima does the same on the other side of the world. The Departed has its two key characters live and work in the strongholds of their enemies. Finally, Little Miss Sunshine takes its collection of misfits on the road where they must deal in some fashion with their many quirks.

AwardOptions allow traders to buy and sell the Oscar nominees with exclusive Hollywood Derivatives centered around the 79th Academy Awards.

Five HSX AwardOptions will be issued for the nominees in this category. Each AwardOption is offered at H$5.00. The AwardOptions will halt trading at 3 p.m. EST on Sunday, February 25, in preparation for the awards ceremony to be held that evening.

The AwardOption for the winner in this category will cash out at H$25.00, while those failing to win will delist at H$0.00
