Felicity Huffman makes an astonishing transition in the dramatic comedy Transamerica from writer-director Duncan Tucker. A born-again Christian transsexual learns that he had previously fathered a son. The transsexual takes an unexpected journey to find his lost child, who's now a teenage runaway in New York. Huffman won the best actress award at the 2005 Tribeca Film Festival for her performance.
