Pollock stars Ed Harris as abstract expressionism painter Jackson Pollock in a film marking Harris' directorial debut. Harris gives the performance of his career in his portrayal of the tormented and self-destructive art figure. Harris received Best Supporting Actor nominations for The Truman Show and Apollo 13.Sony Picture Classics' Pollock detailed the rise to fame of Jackson Pollock, who reinvented modern art with his unique style of painting where he would throw, drizzle, and splatter strings of paint. Painting to Pollock, an alcoholic, was a performance process. Marcia Gay Harden plays his wife, Lee Krasner, a renowned artist in her own right.

Five HSX Award Options will be issued for the five nominees in each of the eight major categories on Feb. 13. Each Award Option is offered at H$5.00.
The Award Options will halt trading at 3 p.m. PST on Sunday, Mar. 25, in preparation for the awards ceremony to be held that evening.
The Award Option for the winning film or star in each category will cash out at H$25.00, while those failing to win will delist at H$0.00.
