The sci-fi/thriller Babylon AD is written and directed by Mathieu Kassovitz (Gothika). Inspired by a novel from Maurice Dantec, the story is set in the near future where a mercenary is responsible for delivering a young girl from Russia to Canada. Unfortunately, he finds out that she has been genetically manipulated by a dangerous synthetic virus, which if unleashed, will destroy the entire human race.
