Biblical occurrences follow and Evan manages to alienate everyone while becoming a curiousity with wild hair, a long beard and a staff.

Rowan Atkinson takes the title role of the moronic British spy who must save England from an evil genius. Adorable Natalie Imbruglia plays English's love interest.
